FAQs

1. Take the unit out of its storage bag, undo the straps, and unfold it over a laid-out tarp. Pay attention to where the entrance/exit faces.

2. Ensure all deflation zippers are completely closed.

3. Hook up the blower to the air flow tube, use the tie belt/clamp to close any extra air tubes, and turn the blower on.

4. Assist any rising parts (like castle cones or trees) by hand if needed.

5. Secure the unit using the side tie-downs. Use stakes/spikes if setting up on grass, or sandbags if setting up on concrete or indoors.

Tie-downs on water slides are located towards the middle. Secure them with straps linked to stakes or sandbags. To run water, connect a standard garden hose to the built-in hooks/misters at the arch of the slide. If the slide features a splash pool at the bottom, always fill the pool at least ¾ full using the hose before allowing children to slide.

Sliding into an empty or low pool can cause serious injury.

Unplug the blower and completely open all air-flow zippers (larger units have multiple zippers) to allow quick deflation. You may carefully step on the unit to press out remaining air. Once flat, roll and fold the unit back into its storage bag.
